Q: How is your firm different from other consulting firms?

A: We use a hybrid advisement model to help drive a company’s success. We are CEO Coaches, Executive Management Consultants and a Training Firm all at the same time. We advise CEOs on action steps to take to grow revenues, consultant with management staff on best practices, and train sales and marketing teams on tactics and strategies that work. We believe revenue capture is a company responsibility, not just the sales team's responsibility. Through our Value Forward® Business Growth Programs, we analyze your sales, marketing, corporate strategy and operations approaches as a new prospect would and then develop specific action steps to increase your business success using our integrated company capture approach.

 

Q: Can you help us interview candidates for both our staff and management team?

A: Yes. Some of our programs include interviewing candidates and providing an assessment (as a third-party) of their abilities and skillsets with regard to your current corporate life cycle and goals.

 

Q: What happens at the end of a 12 month retainer engagement?

A: Within 12 months, we will have fully developed and implemented all of the business best practice recommendations given to you in writing during your start of our engagement. This means you will have all of the required consulting, training and coaching needed for integrating your sales, marketing, strategy and financial management departments into one outbound revenue capture program. This process is designed to make your sales team scalable and replicable, your marketing and strategy lead generating and your department’s management more efficient. There is no other company today who can offer you the breath and range of best practice information for all of your departments. At the end of our 12 month engagement, you can stay in the program and continue on working with us in tandem helping your firm grow, or you can continue on without our support.

 

Q: How can I be comfortable that this program is worth the investment?

Q: Are there any additional costs associated with your program?

A: The only additional charges are travel expenses when I travel for any onsite meetings. We always try to get the lowest travel fares and stay at a hotel near your office. Our program is designed to give you maximum support for the lowest cost by using email, in-person, phone conferencing, and seminar attendance as advisement tools.

 

Q: Can different executive team members use your coaching and training during the retainer engagement?

A: Yes. Email advisement is open to all of your executive team members as needed. This includes giving them advice on how to negotiate a sales deal in play, setting up a department P and L, creating new marketing tools or giving input to new product and service development and pricing. Phone coaching is for you and your team during our weekly scheduled conversations. As CEO, you can call me as needed outside of the scheduled weekly calls as long as you are reasonable.

 

Q: Will you be specific in your recommendations, coaching and training?

A: In many ways, I am like a doctor who works with you based on your personal goals. I give very specific, granular suggestions, and recommendations as needed to help you reach your professional business objectives. I will always give them to you politely but you are paying me to give specific support not platitudes. Like you, I know there are many advisors who give lots of fluff, but we are a no-fluff advisement firm. I will tell you what I think or what best practices research suggests. I am not emotionally or financially attached to your business, so you can be assured that all of my input will be independent and have clarity. I will not waste your valuable time and will always focus on your objectives and goals as our guidebook during our interaction.
